Memoli präsentiert die neue Reihe von numerisch gesteuerten Rohrbiegemaschinen mit 3 Achsen für die lineare Biegung von Rohren bis zu 65 mm Durchmesser.

Die Rohrbiegemaschinen der ACH-Reihe sind vollautomatische CNC-3-achsige Maschinen: Biegung (Y-Achse), Vorschub (X-Achse) und Rotation (Z-Achse).

Diese hybriden Rohrbiegemaschinen wurden für die präzise Biegung von Röhren und Profilen entwickelt. Die Hauptachsen werden elektrisch gesteuert, während die Hilfsachsen hydraulisch gesteuert sind.

Alle Dorn-Rohrbiegemaschinen der ACH-Serie sind mit dem MEMOLI-Interface – 3D-Bending-Software ausgestattet, die für Röhrenbiegeanwendungen entwickelt wurde.
Sehr einfach und intuitiv, direkt programmierbar durch die LRA-Einstellung (Länge – Drehung – Winkel) ist unsere  Software zudem mit einer Vielzahl von CAD-Software-Programmen kompatibel (Autocad, Inventor, Solid Works, Pro Engineer, Rinhoceros usw.).
